ADDITIVE NUMBER THEORY
November 17-20, 2004

This conference is part of the Mathematic's Department
Special Year in
Number Theory and Combinatorics, 2004-2005.
Conference begins Wednesday, November 17 at 8:20am in Little Hall Room 339
with Opening Remarks by Jack Sabin (Assoc. Dean CLAS). First talk is at 8:30am
by George Andrews. See SCHEDULE for more
details. Registration begins a 7:30am on 3rd floor of Little Hall near room 339.
THEMES
The conference will mainly involve three themes:
- Partitions and q-Series
- Goldbach, Waring Type Problems, and related additive questions such
as sieves
- Basis and Density Questions
