On a class of elliptic functions associated with the incomplete integral of F(1/4,3/4;1/2;x)

ABSTRACT:
We construct a class of elliptic functions from the incomplete integral of
F(1/4,3/4;1/2;x). A set of Ramanujan identities concerning the Eisenstein series and
F(1/4,3/4;1;x)
follows naturally from the basic properties of these elliptic functions.
