MAPLE SPT-CRANK PACKAGE

Maple Package for computing NS(m,n) ( the number of vector partitions of n in S (counted according to a certain weight) with crank m) and NS(r,m,n) (the number with sptcrank congruent to r mod m). See the paper Combinatorial interpretations of congruences for the spt-function for precise definition.
