RAMANUJAN 125 CONFERENCE BANQUET

There will be a Conference Banquet on Monday, November 5, 7:00pm - 10:00pm at The Paramount Plaza Hotel, SW 13-th St. The banquet will cost

$35/person.

PROGRAM

  • 7:00 - 8:00 pm - Appetizers and Conversation by the pool side overlooking the lake.
  • 8:00 - 10:00 pm buffet dinner
  • A few after dinner speeches

MENU

  • Appetizers: Slices fresh fruit, Spanikopita, Mushrooms stuffed with Boursin cheese
  • Buffet dinner:
    * Grand salad bar
    * Entree 1: Eggplant Parmagiana
    * Entree 2: Chardonnay Chicken
    * Seasonal Vegetable Medley (steamed)
    * Sundried tomato risotto
    * Potatoes au gratin
    * Gourmet kaery dinner rolls
    * Gourmet dessert selection
    * Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, Water and Fruit Punch

IMPORTANT: Please let Margaret know by Friday, October 19 at the latest whether you plan to attend the banquet and how many in your party.

CASH BAR: A cash bar with non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic drinks will be available both at poolside during the appetizers time and during dinner.
