  6. Once the number of rooms are booked through Margaret, we will mark that hotel on the website as SOLD OUT.
  7. You may choose to look for your own hotel, but please keep in mind these are the hotels that we have worked with to get a discount rate with, will be using direct billing with to save taxes and for events during the conference will arrange for pick-ups if needed.
