Dear Participant,

Here are the details regarding the Alladi Family
Dinner including rides. 

DINNER DATE AND TIMING: Sat, Mar 21, 6:30 pm - 9 pm

DINNER VENUE: The Gainesville Woman's Club
                                     2809 W University Avenue
                                     Gainesville, FL 32606
                                     (Two miles from Little Hall)


RIDES: Two 26 seater vans have been arranged
to provide two rides from Little Hall to the 
Gainesville Woman's Club and back. This will
account for rides for 26x4=104 persons. 

VANS PICK UP TIMES FROM LITTLE HALL: 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm

VANS RETURN TIME FROM DINNER: 9 pm and 9:30 pm

We have about 140 participants attending the Alladi Dinner. 
To provide rides for the remaining 36 participants, we are 
arranging with some who have cars to pick up participants
from Little Hall at 6:00 pm to be taken to the Gainesville
Woman's Club, and to be brought back after the party.
Details of the car rides will be given in due course.
