DO NOT CONTACT THESE HOTELS DIRECTLY TO MAKE RESEVERATIONS, EVEN IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR OWN ROOM. You will receive an email from our Office Manager Margaret Somers ( msomers@ufl.edu ) regarding booking information. They must be made through her.
Please send Margaret your information no later than January 8 to secure a hotel room. ALL ROOMS will be released by Margaret on January 30, so it is IMPORANT that you answer her emails and get your bookings in EARLY.

  4. Once the number of rooms are booked out through Margaret, we will mark that hotel on the website as SOLD OUT.
  5. You may choose to look for your own hotel, but please keep in mind these are the hotels that we have worked with to get a discount rate with, will be using direct billing with to save taxes.
