Title Of Talk: Recent developments in non-vanishing for higher order Hecke $L$-functions

Abstract: In this talk I will describe recent progress on the non-vanishing problem for cubic and quartic Hecke $L$-functions (over number fields). The cubic case is based on a joint work with A. de Faveri, C.David, and J.Stucky. The quartic case Is joint work in progress with C.Castillo and A. de Faveri.
