Abstract:
Some conjectures of Askey are proven that have to do with adding roots in the
Macdonald-Morris conjecture for G_2. This is done by extending Aomoto's proof
of Selberg's integral. This yields a new proof of the Macdonald-Morris root
system conjecture for G_2 which should extend to other root systems.
