Title Of Talk: Vanishing of modular forms at infinity

Abstract: A natural question is to ask for an upper bound on the order of vanishing at infinity of a non-zero element of a given space of modular or cusp forms. A well known upper bound is provided by the valence formula. Here we use p-adic techniques to provide improved bounds, which are sharp in many cases. (This is joint work with N. Masri and J. Rouse).
